Yeah. Meat is a complete nutrient, we need the enzymes. I do agree about eating fruit in the morning.

Been working too much to swim lately, missing that.

I eat beans nearly daily.

Not all bodies are same needs, Mercola advocates meat too.

It seems to take a lot of effort to be vegan because meat is everywhere, but milk is the real challenge to avoid products of....

You are right there about milk,....apparently not raw milk. You can get that. Not here in Canada .... the fu****kin gestopo here would close down a small farm just by giving some to your neighbours.

There is an article on a long study done in South Africa on the best nutrients for babies....it ended up being raw liver. They are sure growing them healthy and strong down there.

I can’t eat a lot of vegetables....none raw. Because of lectins and goitrogens. I do think all we need is organ meats and not a lot. I keep tabs on some of the Breatharians, they are healthy. But I think if you are a busy type you need to eat.

dear grass that's quite a story. almost every day something makes me wish the world were a better place, like your experiences having to face it. is the wooden fish still around? it's like you say though: every moment is precious and often I say thanks for being spared worse. ultimately it is the wheel of dharma that brings order in the chaos and that too brings a sense of peace. very grateful I stumbled upon your writing, be well.

I am not sure I would have survived the cold room. You are strong, glad your swims in the Bay trained you to withstand it, or gave your mind some comparison to work with at least. Also, the images from the arrest are quite compelling, and bring me much closer to understanding what you have gone through, when paired with the words. You are an eloquent story teller and a badass, Grass. Best
