Who took that video? Were they just sightseeing and got lucky to have caught the moment? At first, it looks like just a survelliance camera, but towards the end, it pans to the left.

I've been over that bridge many times and there are lots of reasons this is unlikely. That's a massive bridge. Wonder where the tugboats were!

I didn't take that video, the others I saw look about the same.
The other videos I've seen are from stationary cameras...but not this one (the first one to hit the airwaves). Weird.
