I. I witnessed something i would rather have not seen earlier today…
The aftermath
i watched an unpleasant occurrence today. The results are above.
Apparently the dude who had been on the motorcycle has no license nor insurance, wonder had he stolen that bike?
Was that Joe Biden driving America In to oncoming traffic?
I had to watch this occurrence in front of me, as if I needed a further bad illustration of what is going on both in former UKraine, and around my eyeballs.
I hope you don't have to see anything like this, in real life; bad enough if it were a movie.
Honestly, the motorcyclist was said to have no ID, and no one admitted to knowing his name there, and it didn't look like Joe Biden , but you know how how my mind gets creative….
So what happened?
Well….
II.
The motorcyclist is not pictured above, i did not want to take his picture.
It was around 2:30 or so this afternoon, as i recall, i was just rounding the curves around Embarcadero for my driving gig, when i saw this most terrible incident. The motorbiker was coming into the oncoming lane of traffic, dude was as wrong as one can be, i guess just totally out of control.
He literally drove his motorcycle, the former Harley Davidson, directly into the oncoming traffic, which was the car in front of me. They were both going like 20-25, the bike in my Northbound lane of traffic, having been unable to negotiate the curve at speed, and although the brake mark indicated an attempt to stop, i didn’t notice that visually. Maybe the motorcycle was going 25 or 30 before the hit, coming around the curve.
The car, i’ll call it the van, like a small minivan size, was going North a few car lengths in front of me when the crazed motorcyclist crashed into him at speed. I say him, actually his wife i guess was driving, their airbags popped, they had been on their way to get some lunchie, but instead got their car basically totalled. But luckily they did not have serious injuries , i gather.
As i mentioned, this stretch of road had the sort of maximum curve so i’d say 25 m. p . h. i s a reasonable rate of speed, except if you’re on a motorcycle in the oncoming wrong way lane of traffic. I saw him maybe 2 seconds before, enough to see he was in the wrong, then he crashed loudly into the van which sent him hurling at least 20 feet into the air, somersaulting and slamming into the pavement where the sidewalk should be, as it was sort of dirt and not paved as i recall, luckily for him. He was 500 percent in the wrong, and i said so, as i was calling for his ambulance. He was trying to sit up but couldn’t, i noticed, he was leaning on his helmet, his elbow was red with bloodiness, up and down his arm he’d landed on, but i think the problem is gonna be with his back, landing like that, the whole thing was horrible to witness, dear God.
It took about ten minutes for the first responders to show, from the impact, and during that time i started thinking i had lost my wallet and keys, that someone had walked by and grabbed them out of my open window while i was distracted, and i started to panic about that, in addition to the general shock of bearing site to such abhorent stupidity.
Thank God, i saw the avocado on the floor in front of my passenger seat, and then my wallet and keys, which showed me i had to have stopped hard enough to send those items flying, although i was several car lengths away and had no need to stop short , my eyeballs had taken over my spine…
map is from this post
which i cited because, well, maps are cool. Although i did not see Brest on this one, which he mentions in the read, maybe that is further in Poland, love the name, what does it mean, is that the capitol?
So yeah, i’m a sucker for coppin a good map off the webs, from the spiders wove.
Of course, there’s no substitute for a mental map, i don’t really buy the whole concept of A I and it seems like some bad dope pushing. I wouldn’t trust driving in a car without a driver, no matter how badly some people drive, i guess i call that inherent risk, or assumed risk, meaning, to my mind, as part of the dealio with being alive, there is the inherent assumed risk of dying. That guy could’a been coming at me instead of the car in front, and it could have led to me biting it, that is part of the risk of living, being an object of the stupidity of others failings, tis an inescapable aspect of existence, that keeps you guessin’.
I read this article, i wish to cite a couple of paragraphs from, and not any of the ones with the errors of type nor spell, i hope, of which there were a few, but the main points stand notwithstanding…
https://libya360.wordpress.com/2023/07/20/why-the-ukraine-conflict-will-unravel-nato-and-biden/
i wanted to highlight from Desai,
Long and hard as US leaders wished to dominate a capitalist world, history unfortunately gave them the opportunity to attempt it just when such domination had become impossible: with the rise of Germany, the US itself and Japan, the capitalist world had already become multipolar by the early twentieth century. No single power could dominate it. Worse, the Russian Revolution, soon followed by the Chinese, took vast swaths of the world out of the capitalist world entirely.
Undaunted, the US persisted, using NATO in attempts to dominate Europe. In the apocryphal words of its first Secretary General, Lord Ismay, it aimed ‘to keep the Americans in, the Germans down and the Russians out’ of Europe.
anotherwords, she is reminding us , i guess, of how badly American Nato needed an enemy, or else what else would be its reason for being? No need for a military alliance if there was no rival. I guess after liberating , at the great cost of some 27 millions of lives, the Europeans from the Nazies, Russia seemed like as good an enemy as any, if you needed one.
But to my mind, this is driving in the wrong lane of oncoming traffic, i don’t know, what do i know, daddy-O?
Maybe hegemony ain’t such a good look?
And another piece i wished to briefly cite, for its incisive perspective,
https://libya360.wordpress.com/2023/07/21/storm-clouds-gathering-in-the-black-sea/
Bhadrakumar explains succintly,
In strategic terms, without control over Odessa, NATO cannot have force projection in the Black Sea region or hope to resurrect Ukraine as an anti-Russia outpost. Nor can NATO advance toward the Transcaucasus and the Caspian (bordering Iran) and Central Asia without dominating the Black Sea region.
And for the same reasons, Russia cannot afford to cede the Black Sea region to the NATO, either. Odessa is a vital link in any land bridge along the Black Sea coast connecting the Russian hinterland with its garrison in Transnistria, Moldova (which the US is eyeing as a potential NATO member.) In fact, Crimea’s security will be endangered if hostile forces establish themselves in Odessa. (The attack on the Kerch Bridge in October 2022 was staged from Odessa.)
Clearly, the entire US project on the new maritime route is intended to pre-empt Russia from gaining control of Odessa. It factors in the strong likelihood that with the Ukrainian offensive floundering, Russia may soon launch its counter-offensive in the direction of Odessa.
From the Russian perspective, therefore, this becomes an existential moment. The NATO has virtually encircled the Russian Navy in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea (with the induction of Sweden and Finland as members). The freedom of navigation of the Baltic Fleet and the dominance in the Black Sea, therefore, become all the more crucial for Russia to freely access the world market round the year.
i commend this piece, and the picture tells a lot too, as they can. In fact, the picture in his piece is about as unpleasant to me as the ones leading this piece, but the crashes are hidden from polite company.
So we’ve got a potential invasion / mapsharing arrangement of Ukraine from Poland, the latest craze, they are both gonna drive the car at the same time, the Galecia can go to Poland if former Ukraine can’t keep it, and those who remain alive can vote in the upcoming elections, if they can find the polling station safely. That is why the small and rambunctious Waggy contingent has high-tailed it to Belarus, to counter invade should that need arise, apparently.
Anyway, lest i forget, i’d like to follow Garland Nixon’s dive into the by now infamous… FD 1023.
Garland asked me to share this with you…which i’m glad to do…
i’m not gonna comment directly on the video at this time, although i’ve heard it twice, i’m feeling reserved to respond, in not so much the whole Biden corruption ring around Ukraine, sort of like typical cab company corruption, of course everything is corrupt, and if you bring in the cash you gonna be the guy to give it out, or get it taken from you. That’s how it always has worked, why they call it, variously, graft, bribes, part of “the nut,” that which you gotta pay, so none of that really ruffled my red feathers , so much.
Not that i approve, i never have, even while i got used to it, when in Rome…
But the thing i didn’t hear Garland get to, though i know he will very soon, i hope, is about how, when you start to take in the bigger picture, the whole thing, the whole war against Russia in Ukraine so that we America can then go take on China, just to show we are the hegemon of old man Joe’s dreams, what a massive pile of poopy this is. Sort of like censoring Kennedy when he tried to speak out about having his freedom of speech censored, that didn’t happen via twatter, and the f b i didn’t tell twatter to block any content relating to the true story, of, oh, the scamdemic, the laptop, the lapdances, the golden horsie rides and bribes and temporary brides and locking down the world, none of that happened, as far as our first amendment is concerned, i’m told, and already i forget, since i hadn’t taken a picture.
So my parting thought , the whole freaking thing was totally unneccesary Joe. We didn’t need to be the hegemon, Zbignewe. We already had a good thing going, if only we hadn’t boiled it to frogs in the cesspool we ourselves turned former UKRaine into, with Biden as the “VICEROY”, as Garland says, all but in uniform. OUR American president, or vice at the time, was the viceroy of ukraine, have to piece him off if you want a car to have some motorcyclist drive into.
But the whole freaking war was totally unnecessary Joe. The whole humiliation and dementia were optional, and exercised, will have spelled unforeseen consequences, we can picture…

the above is where i found the link for the FD 1023
https://www.grassley.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/fd_1023_obtained_by_senator_grassley_-_biden.pdf
this is the link direct to the form.
CHS means Confidential Human Source, i was going crazy thinking, who the hell is this agency? well, that’s some unknowable informant…
Below, for the rest of this post, is the cut and paste from the form pdf direct, not sure why it came out in this weird unblocked format, but i presume the text itself stayed intact, somewhat , more or less, so dig, check it out, check out Garland, and let me know if you think the whole freaking war was an unnecessary exercise of Biden’s lack of imagination, and his kindergarten friends too…

two months after the aforementioned Burisma meeting in Ukraine, CHS traveled to Vienna, Austria with Ostapenko
and met with Mykola Zlochevsky at an outside coffee shop. The triO continued to talk about the feasi bility of
Burisma acquiring a US-based entity. CHS recalled this meeting took place around the time Joe Biden made a
public statement about ( former) Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin being corrupt, and that he should be
fired/removed from office. CH S told Zlochevsky that due to Shokin's investigation into Burisma, which was made
public at this time, it would have a substantial negative impact on Burisma's pmSJ)ective IPO in the United States.
Zlochevsky replied something to the effect of, "Don't worry Hunter will take care of all of those Issues through his
dad.• CHS did not ask any further questiens about what that specifically meant.
CHS asked Zlochevsky why Burisma would pay $20-30 million to buy a US company for IPO purposes when it
would be cheaper to j ust form a new US-entity, or purchase a corporate shell that was already listed on an
exchange. Zlochevsky responded that Hunter Biden advised Burisma it could raise much more capital if Burisma
purchased a larger US-based business that already had a history In the US oil and gas sector. CHS recalled
Zlochevsky mentioned some US-based gas business(es} in Texas, the names of which CHS did not recall.
CHS advised ZJochevsky It would be problematic to ra ise capita! In the US given Shokin's investigation Into
Burisma as nobody in the US would invest in a company that was the subject ot a crim inal investigation. CHS
suggested it would best if Burisma simply litigate the matter In Ukraine, and pay some attorney $50,000.
Zlochevsky said he/Burisma would likely lose the trial because he could not show that Burisma was i nnocent ;
Zlochevsky also laughed at CHS's number of $50,000 (not because of the small amount, but because the number
contained a "5 ") and said that "it costs (million) to pay one Bi den, and 5 (million) to another Biden .• CHS noted
that at this time, It was u nclear to CHS whether these alleged payments were already made.
CHS ~ Id_Zlochevsky that any such payments to the Bidens would complicate matters, and Burtsma should hire
"some normal us oil and gas advisors" because the Bidens have no experience With that business sector.
Zlochevsky made some comment that although Hunter Biden •was stupid, and his (Z lochevsky's) dog wai;;
smarter," Z.lochevsky needed to keep hunter Biden (on the board) aso everyth ing will be okay." CHS inquired
whether Hunter Biden or Joe Biden told Zlochevsky he should retain Hunter Biden; Zlochevsky replied, "They both
d id. a CHS rei terated CHS's opini on that Zlochevsky was making a m istake and he should fire Hunter Biden and
deal with Shokin's investigation directly so that the matter will remain an issue in Ukraine, and not tum in to some
i nternational matter. Zlochevsky responded something to the effect of, "Don't worry, this thing Will go away
anyway." CHS replied that, notwithstanding Shokin's investigation, it was still a bad decision for Burisma to spend
$20-$30 million to buy a US business, and that CHS didn't want to be involv ed with the Biden matter. Zlochevsky
responded that h e appreciated CHS's advice, but that "it's too late to change his decision." CHS understood this to
mean that Zlochevsky had already had paid the Bidens, presumably to 0 deal with Shokin."
Subsequent Tefephone Cans Betw~n CHS and Zlochevsl<y.
2016/2017 Telephone call. Shortly after the 2016 US election and during President Trump's transition period,
CHS participated in a conference call with Ostapenko and Zlochevsky. CHS inquired whether Zlochevsky was happy
with the US election results. Zlochevsky repDed that he was not happy Trump won the election. CHS asked
Zlochevsky whether he was concem ed about Burisma's involvement wi th the Bidens. 2Iochevsky stated he didn't
want to pay the Bi dens and he was "pushed to pay" them. (CHS exp lained the Russian te.rm Zlochevsky used to
explain the payments was ..poluchili 0 (tra nsliterated by the CHS), which literallY translates to "got it" or "received
it", but Is also used in Ru~ian-criminal-slang for being "forced or coerced to pay." ZJochevsky stated Shokin had
already been fired, and no investigation was currently going on, and that nobody would find out about his financial
dealings with the Bidens. CHS then stated, "l hope you have some back-up (proof) For your words (nemely, that
Zlochevsky was "forced" to pay the Bidens). Zlochevsky replied he has many text messagcz and "recordings" that
show that he was coerced to make such payments (See below, subsequent CHS reporting on 6/29/2020) . CHS told
Zlochevsky he should make certain that he should retain those recordings. Zlochevsky asked whether it would
make any (legal) difference whether he voluntarily made such payments, or if he was 0 forced 0 to make them.
Zlochevsky then asked CHS whether CHS could provide any assistance in Ukraine (with the Poroshenko regime) if
something were to happen to Zlochevsky in the future. CHS replied that CHS didn't want to get involved in any
such matters.
[Note: See previous CHS report dated 3/1/2017 erial 7, wherein CHS reported the.
i :. · Iforegoing, and stated the call took place during . At that time, CHS stated that Zlochevsky
briefly discussed Hunter Biden, but the topic was not relevant to Burisma's interest in acquiring a US-based
petroleum business for $50 · $100 million. At this time CHS also reported aforementioned Vadym Pozharskyl

2019 Telephone call. After the aforementioned 2016 telephone call, CHS had no Interactions with
Zlochevsky/Bursima whatsoever, until 2019. In 201 9, CHS met with Ostapenko in London to discuss various
business matters (which had nothing to do with Zlochevs ky, Burisma, or the gas/oil industry; CHS noted that
CHS's mee ting with Os tapenko took place at a "Russian coffee house near l<nightsbridge Street located near
Harrods department store ,• and that Ostapenko's fiance fives in London ). A t so me point during th is meeting,
Ostapenko advised CHS he was go ing to call Zlochevsky. At this time, CHS understood Zl ochevsky was living
somewhere in Europe (NFI). Duri ng the call, Zlochevsky asked CHS and/or Ostapenko if they read the rece nt news
reports abou t the investigations in to the Bidens and Bursima, and Zlochevsky joking ly asked CHS 1f CHS was an
"oracle" (due to CHS 's prior advice that Zlochevsky should not pay the Bide ns and instead to hire an atto rney to
litigate the a llegat ions concerning Shokin's investigation). CHS mentioned Zlochevsky might have diffiOJlty
expl aining susp icious wi re transfers that may evidence any (Illicit) payments to the Bidens. Zlochevsky responded
he did n ot send any funds directly to the "Big Guy" (which CHS und erstood was a reference to Joe Biden ). CHS
asked Zloehevsky how many companies/bank accounts Zlochevsky controls; Zlochevsky resp ond ed it would take
them (Investig ators) 10 years to find the records (i.e. illicit payments to Joe Biden) . CHS told Zlochevsky if he ever
needed help in t he future and wanted to speak to somebody in the US government a bout that matter, that CHS
cou ld Introduce him to someone.
Regarding the seemingly open and unsolicited admissions by PoJarsKII and Zlocnevsky about the purpose for t heir
retention of Hunte r Biden, and the "forced 0
payments Z lochevsky m ade to the Bidcns, CHS explained it is very
common for business me n in post-Soviet countr ies to brag or show-off. Additionally, it is extreme ly common for
businesses in Russia and Ukraine to make "bribe" payments to various government officials. CHS noted that in
corporate budgets for other Russian and Ukrainian businesses which CHS has inspected in the past, CHS observed
budget-line-items in Russi.an called 0
Podmazat" (tra nsliterated by CHS) , which literally translates to •o il, lubricate,
or make things run smoothly, • which companies routinely use to account for anticipated bribe payments. As such,
given the pervasive necessity to bribe government officials in Ukraine and Russia, CHS did not perceive Poja rski i's
or Zlochevsky's statements to be unusual, self- serving, or pretextual. Additionally, regarding Important business
meetings, it is also c ommo n in Uk raine and Russia for persons to make covert recordings. However, CHS has only
met Zlochevsky in person on one occasion and has spoken to him only twice on the telephone; as such, CHS is not
ab le to provide any further opinion as to the veracity of Zlochevsky's aforementioned statements .
II I
On June 29, 2020, CHS provided the following supplemental report ing:
Rega rdin g CHS's aforementioned reportin g that Zlochevsky said - " he h as many text messages and 'recordings'
that show he was coerced to make such paymentsu - CHS darified 2Iochevsky said he had a total of "17
record ings" i nvolvi ng the Bidens; two of the recordings included Joe Biden, and the remaining 15 recordings only
Included Hun ter Biden. CHS reiterated that, per Zlochevsky, these recordings evidence Zlochevsky was somehow
coerced i nto paying the Bidens to ensure Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired. Zlochevsky stated he
has two "documents (wh ich CHS understood to be wire transfer statements, bank records, etc.), tha t evidence
some payment(s) to the Bidens were made, presumably in exchange for Shokin's firing.
Regarding afo re ment ioned Oleksandr Ostapenko (alternate spelling, Alexander Ostapenko), who originally
i ntroduced CHS into thi s matter, Ostapenko currently •works in some office for the administration of President
Zelensky (Nfl)", and also works for Valery Vavilov, who is the founder/CEO of cryptocurrency and blockchain
technology bu siness BitFury.

The level of corruption amazes me. And from so many sides.
thanks for all of this. the accident-part was chilling, but so were the texts of those documents. "confidential" CHS indeed, by now we all know about him (or her, let's not jump to conclusions). be well.
