I heard that the reason the Russians win a lot in UFC and boxing is because they do a lot of outdoor training, and probably spent more time outside than lots of other fighters. Also there is the Russian boxing style and the Russian training methods. Dimitry Bivol is the most beautiful, relaxed fighter I have watched in boxing, so graceful in the ring. When I need to relax in a stressful situation, I think of him, of relaxing my back muscles.
